*Dr. Milton Alexander Henry Matthew is an optometrist and a medical Doctor who works with Lions Club in DR. He floats to many clinics and camps throughout the country performing eye exams. He told me that the day I met him in a clinic in the town of Hato Mayor del Rey he would probably perform over 100 exams.
